CarDushi is operated by Nile Enterprise. By accessing or using CarDushi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. WHAT CARDUSHI DOES
CarDushi is an aggregator platform. This means we:
- Collect publicly available car listings from dealer websites and other online sources
- Display these listings in one searchable, filterable overview
- Link back to the original source or seller for every listing
- Allow private sellers to submit their own listings directly
CarDushi is not a car dealer. We do not buy or sell vehicles. We are not a party in any transaction between buyers and sellers. Our role is limited to displaying information and connecting buyers with sellers.

4. USE OF THE PLATFORM
4.1 For Car Buyers
You may use CarDushi to search and browse car listings free of charge. By using CarDushi, you agree to:
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our aggregated data
- Contact sellers directly for any questions about specific vehicles
4.2 For Private Sellers
By submitting a car listing to CarDushi, you confirm that:
- You are the legitimate owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it
- All information provided — including price, mileage, photos, and description — is accurate and complete
- You grant CarDushi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your listing and associated photos on our platform
- You will notify CarDushi promptly when your vehicle has been sold
CarDushi reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any submitted listing at our sole discretion.
4.3 For Dealers
CarDushi may display vehicle listings sourced from publicly available dealer websites. Dealers benefit from additional free exposure. If a dealer does not wish to have their listings displayed on CarDushi, they may request removal by contacting info@cardushi.com. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.
5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
CarDushi acts solely as an information aggregator and does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing displayed on the platform. In particular:
- CarDushi is not responsible for the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, prices, photos, or mileage figures
- CarDushi does not guarantee the availability of any listed vehicle
- CarDushi is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers
- CarDushi does not provide any warranty or endorsement regarding the quality or condition of any vehicle
Users engage with sellers entirely at their own risk. We strongly recommend that buyers independently verify all vehicle details and conduct a professional inspection before completing any purchase.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content created by CarDushi — including our logo, platform design, and original text — is the property of CarDushi and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Listings displayed on CarDushi that originate from third-party sources remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. CarDushi always links back to the original source.
Photos submitted by private sellers remain the property of the seller. By submitting photos, sellers grant CarDushi a license to display those photos for the duration of the listing.
7. PRIVACY
CarDushi collects minimal personal data:
- For private sellers: contact information provided when submitting a listing (name, phone number, WhatsApp) is displayed on your listing so buyers can contact you directly.
- For general visitors: we may use anonymized analytics data to improve our service.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
8. OPT-OUT FOR DEALERS
If you are a dealer and prefer not to have your listings displayed on CarDushi, please contact us at info@cardushi.com. We will remove your listings within 48 hours of receiving your request.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CarDushi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CarDushi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from the use of CarDushi shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
